Reception

On October 6, 2025, we are hosting an evening welcome reception. There is no charge to attend, but we request that you RSVP in advance so that we know how many people plan to join.

Gala Dinner

We are hosting an Evening Gala Dinner. This event is ticketed separately to allow travel partner and special guest attendance. The Gala event will include a full-plated dinner, evening Keynote, and awards.

Speakers receive a complimentary ticket; however, we ask that you RSVP so we know if you plan to attend. Payment is required for additional guests.

Indigenous Organizations
Indigenous Organizations are eligible for a special subsidized rate. Indigenous Organizations are considered non-profit organizations that are Indigenous-led and primarily serve Indigenous persons.

Student Ticket Rates
Full-time students are eligible for a special subsidized rate. Students must be currently enrolled in an academic institution and provide proof of a valid student ID upon entry.
