Early Bird Rates have been extended until April 30, 2025, or while supplies last! So, grab your friends and colleagues and register ASAP before tickets sell out!

We want to make sure the Summit is accessible to everyone. If you're an older adult (65+) who is not associated with an organization and in need of financial assistance to attend the Summit, please email the Summit Team for support. Subsidized rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Summit is not registered for accreditation.
Digital Payment by card is preferred. Payments by cheque need to factor in processing time.

Special Days and Rates

Reception

On October 6, 2025, we are hosting an evening welcome reception. There is no charge to attend, but we invite you to RSVP in advance so that we know how many people plan to join.

Gala Dinner

On October 7, 2025, we are hosting a Gala Dinner. This event is ticketed separately to allow travel partner and special guest attendance. You can add an additional Gala ticket for your special guest when you arrive on the payment page.

The Gala event will include a full-plated dinner, evening Keynote, and inspiring performances from the community. Virtual ticket holders will be able to watch the live feed of the presentations for no additional fee.

Indigenous Organizations

Indigenous Organizations are eligible for a special subsidized rate. Indigenous Organizations are considered non-profit organizations that are Indigenous-led and primarily serve Indigenous persons.

Student Ticket Rates

Full-time students are eligible for a special subsidized rate. Students must be currently enrolled in an academic institution and provide proof of a valid student ID upon entry.

Looking for financial assistance to attend?

For attendees who have financial limitations or limited budget, we offer travel subsidies. This funding will be available by application on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited in quantity. Learn more about the travel subsidy.
